Places in Missouri to Ride Dirt Bikes & ATV’s

Every once in a while, you just need a track or a trail to let loose with your dirt bike and your ATV.  Even though you can ride on your property, it’s good to take your bike for some jumps on a dirt track.  There are also great trails to take your ATV out for a day and enjoy a nature ride.  If you’re looking for a new toy, at LSK Lebanon we offer a variety of recreational vehicles to choose from.   In this week’s blog, we will highlight several places across the state of Missouri to ride.

Bricks Off-Road Park

Located in Poplar Bluff, MO the Bricks Off Road Park was featured on “Mud People” on the Travel Channel.  Offering miles of trails, mud bogs, rocky hills to climb, and a drag strip, this park is only open on select weekends, so contact them before you head that way.  They also have primitive camping sites, restrooms, and shower facilities for guests.

Finger Lakes State Park

A motocross track and 70 miles of ATV trails once was the location of a coal mining facility.  There is a campground and lakes to enjoy boating and swimming after riding.  Be ready for extreme riding with hardpacked gravel to twisty narrow ATV trails with water crossings, mud puddles, and pit to play in.  ATV’s must have an orange whip flag and all riders must wear a helmet.  A campground is available with full hookups.  From November – March the water and shower house is shut off.  Firewood is available to purchase at the office.
